With sites in DuPage and Kane Counties, Marklund employs more than 275 individuals in full and part-time positions.  Varying shifts and job locations are available. The staff of Marklund includes specialists in medicine, special education, social services, physical and occupational therapy, speech pathology, vision and hearing, staff development, habilitation, social recreation, finance, administration, and support services.

All employees receive an initial orientation to the Marklund system and extensive training. In addition, Marklund provides on-going education and training opportunities for continuous improvement, competitive wages with benefits and advancement opportunities.
