Last year nearly 600 people participated in our inaugural event so we're looking forward to growing that number this year!  Nora close2

Join in the fun by running, walking or rolling in support of Marklund and help make everyday life possible for individuals with profound disabilities.

Winding through the quiet, picturesque South Mill Creek neighborhood, our course is USATF-certified.

This year, we are also offering:

  • Disposable bib-chip timing
  • Wheelchair division in the 5K
  • Gender-specific long-sleeved technical shirt
  • 1-mile family walk/run where strollers and wagons are welcome
  • Party in the Park after the run/walk with HOT food, LIVE music and KIDS' activities.

Interested in learning more about participation, sponsorship or volunteering?

Please contact Stephanie Heinz at 630-593-5473.

Thanks to everyone who participated and fundraised for Marklund at last year's event, we were able to net $30,000 for programs and services for our clients!
