SPONSOR A CLIENT

The Guardian Angel Program was established to create growing relationships between the individuals served by Marklund and caring residents in the community.  We ask that participants donate a minimum of $240 annually (or $20 per month) to be directly deposited into a resident’s personal account.

Our residents receive a monthly spending allowance to cover their personal expenses.  After a haircut and an afternoon out for lunch and a movie, this amount is quickly drained.  Donors who become Guardian Angels provide the extra spending money necessary for our clients to enjoy the most normalized life possible by participating in outings and activities.

What do I do?
We encourage you to spend time with the resident you are sponsoring.  As a Guardian Angel, you have the opportunity to form a special bond with them, and the time you share together will only strengthen your relationship.
