Q. What kind of items does your store sell?
A. We sell gently used clothes, electronics, furniture, books, household items, household accessories (Lamps, pictures) and ladies’ accessories (shoes, belts, purses, and jewelry).

Q. How do you get the items or products that you sell?
A. The items are donated to the store.

Q. How often do the products in your store change?
A. We accept donations every day we also rotate the merchandise once a month.

Q. How many stores do you have and where is it located?
A. At this time we currently have one store, it is located in Wood Dale.

Q. What are your store policies?
A. Furniture- We do not take deposits or hold furniture or items. We do hold furniture for three days after it is paid for.

Q. Do any of your items ever go “on sale”?
A. Yes- furniture items that have been her one week, the price is lowered. Other merchandise is lowered after a month, from full price to 20% off, 2 months, 50% off, 3 months lowered to $1.00, 4th month the item is pulled from the floor.

Q. Do you pick up items to be donated?
A. Yes, we pick up furniture and appliances. The donations must be in resalable condition; Fabric furniture with no rips or stains. Appliances in working order.

Q. Store hours?
A. Mon- Fri: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat: 11 a.m.- 6 p.m., Sun: 11 a.m.- 6 p.m.

Q. What are the days and hours for donation drop- offs?
A. We take donations every day that the store is open from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Furniture is brought to the front of the store, via the double doors. All other donations are brought around the store to the back.
