Media on Marklund Property

Members of the news media are welcome to visit our campuses, however, in order to ensure the privacy of our residents, community clients, students, faculty, staff, and guests, we request that all external news media contact a member of the Marketing & Communications team prior to visiting. If a meeting or appointment is planned ahead, media must still check in at the Front Desks upon arrival. Marklund staff are required to look for vehicles and people who are not authorized to be on campus. If we know news media are coming, we can notify Front Desk and Security teams.

Crisis Communications:

In the event of an emergency on one of Marklund’s campuses, press releases and statements to the news media will be routed through, approved by, and disseminated by the Marketing & Communications Department, or the office of the President & CEO.
